Over moulding

As part of our plastic moulding and die-casting processes we have expertise and capacity in the process of over-moulding plastic and zinc to a variety of primary material substrates. Finished plastic parts can be created incorporating metal inserts such as electrical terminals and zinc parts with steel spindles or fasteners. Special vertical clamping machines with shuttle transfer facilitate the loading of components.
